MBS OPEN: Treasuries Rally, MBS follow

tsy's are still outperforming by a decent margin.  After weak economic data, the 10 year is up 30 ticks, and the 5.5 MBS up 10 ticks to 101-04.  That's a great level and should result in high 4% 30 yrs soon.  Stay tuned.
