MBS CLOSE: Selling off immediately following the Close

We made it back to the "dance floor" for the official close at 3pm.  But since then it's been nothing but selling as we've dropped from 100-14 to 100-06.  Any lender that repriced for the better this afternoon may now reprice for the worse.  Locking remains a good idea for anyone that did not reprice today.
