MBS now down to 97-31. The riskiest zone will be IF 5.5's reach 97-26 to 97-29.

We still have a decent positive trend channel and although the most skittish lenders out there might remove an eighth on this type of volatility, this is one of those acceptable losses if you can afford to stay in the boat a while longer.
