probably some more clarification is justified regarding last post.

There's a chance your lender already had a pretty nasty reprice today. That would mitigate your desire to lock.

Or if you can stay in the market for a few weeks, same story.

BUT, if you are still looking at rate sheets that haven't changed today, AND that came out before 1030 eastern, that's a good one to lock.
