 In other words, it's still a good day, volatility is low, AND (though this graph doesn't show it) spreads vs. treasuries have firmed and tightened aka treasuries have lost a bit, but MBS holding steady.  All we need now is some MBS friendly data the rest of the week and things can get even better.
