We've leveled off on our price improvements this morning and have actually slid about 3/32nds.  We may or may not get additional reprices today.  If you like what you see now, it's safest to lock it in.  If you want to float it out a little longer, be prepared to potentially lose an eighth and keep checking back here for updates.
